Yes, I provide tax and accounting services for everyone. I do limit my time for non-expat work, though. Reach out to see if I have any availability.

How quickly do you respond to messages?

I reply to all messages within 2 business days. This is for all messaging platforms (email, text, call, etc.)

I currently live in Singapore and work 100% from home.

Can you help me pay less taxes?

Yes. I will get you every exclusion, deduction, and credit you qualify for and tell you about others you can take advantage of. I'm also always reading the latest tax and accounting news and taking continuing education courses. If I come across anything applicable to you, I will be letting you know ASAP.

Do I have to create some kind of account to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. I think we're all tired of making accounts and installing apps or software. No more of that. I just work with what you already have.

What does the tax return preparation process look like?

1) You fill out a questionnaire and provide relevant documents.
2) I prepare and thoroughly review the return, requesting additional information when necessary.
3) You approve the return.
4) I file it.
 
I do all the heavy lifting. I try to make it as easy as possible for you.

It really depends on how quickly I can get the information from you. If you can provide the information quickly, I can provide the service quickly.

Will you charge me if I email you with questions?

Accepted Answer

If you're not looking for detailed answers or specific numbers, then no charge. If you are, this will take time to figure out and so I will have to charge. I will always let you know beforehand, though. Don't worry, you're not going to get an unexpected invoice from me.

I take advantage of all data security features available on any website, app, or software I use. You can learn about how I keep your data safe by reading my Privacy Policy.

How do you avoid making mistakes?

I have very detailed procedures written out for all of my services, and they all include multiple review steps. But if a mistake still manages to get through, I will fix it at my expense.
